The Expanse: A Telltale Series is the first finished project from this new version of Telltale Games, so it will definitely be interesting to see if it lives up to expectations come launch. LCG Entertainment revived the Telltale Games brand, re-releasing its older games while starting development on new projects. The original incarnation of Telltale Games closed its doors in 2018, but its assets were purchased by LCG Entertainment. Telltale first announced The Expanse at The Game Awards in 2021, marking the first brand-new project since Telltale Games was reformed in 2018. Episode 1 of The Expanse: A Telltale Series is launching on July 27 across PS4, PS4, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X and PC as an Epic Games Store exclusive.
